OdooTech LLC – Privacy Policy for OdooTech Mobile Printer

OdooTech LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. The OdooTech Mobile Printer application connects to your Odoo ERP environment and allows Android devices to print documents via Bluetooth-enabled printers. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app processes and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

The OdooTech Mobile Printer app does NOT collect personal information such as:

• Names

• Email addresses

• Phone numbers

• Location

• Contacts

• Photos, media, or files

• Device identifiers

• Advertising IDs

The app only processes minimal technical data required for printing:

• Printer name

• Printer MAC address

• Bluetooth connection status

• Print data received from your Odoo ERP (invoice, receipt, delivery slip, etc.)

All of this information remains on your device and is NOT sent to OdooTech LLC or any third party.

2. Bluetooth Usage

The app uses Bluetooth only for the purpose of printing.

Bluetooth permissions are used to:

• Check Bluetooth status

• Scan for nearby Bluetooth printers

• Connect to the selected printer

• Send print commands and print data

No Bluetooth-related data is collected or used for analytics or tracking.

3. Odoo ERP Connection

The app communicates with your Odoo ERP server to fetch documents for printing.

• Data is transmitted only between your device and your own Odoo server.

• No data is stored or processed by OdooTech LLC.

• Communication can be secured using HTTPS/SSL.

Examples of documents fetched for printing:

• Sales receipts

• Invoices

• Delivery orders

• POS tickets

• Custom ERP print templates

4. Cookies and Tracking

The OdooTech Mobile Printer app does NOT use:

• Cookies

• Tracking technologies

• Analytics tools

• Advertising frameworks

• Location tracking

5. Data Storage

The app does not store any personal data.

The only stored information may include:

• Selected printer MAC address

• Printing preferences (if any)

This data:

• Remains only on the device

• Is not uploaded anywhere

• Is deleted when the app is uninstalled

6. Data Sharing

OdooTech LLC does not:

• Sell user data

• Share data with advertisers

• Transfer data to third parties

• Collect analytics or logs

The app functions purely as a Bluetooth printing utility.
